We at Redha Al Ansari Exchange believe in a lifetime relationship with our customer and have never missed an opportunity to make our customer feel special and exclusive.

By means of delivering the best rates and services, we at Redha Al Ansari Exchange strive to position ourselves as an economic money exchange company giving more value to our customer and thereby partnering in fulfilling their dreams.

Keeping a step ahead, we run in-house loyalty program based on a point system and the same is applicable for all Bank transfer customer for now.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Each successful cross-border bank transfers/cash payouts (applicable to selected countries) through our network carries 10 points.
  • Once the point reaches 50 points, the customer is eligible to redeem his/her reward points and a minimum of 50 points is required to be eligible for the redemption.
  • Customer need to keep a proper track of the loyalty points as the same will be reflected on the remittance receipt and further information can be obtained from our front line agent in the branches at any time.
  • Redemption of the loyalty program is permitted at our branches only.  The customer is bound to provide a redemption acknowledgment on the receipt presented by our front line agent.
  • Redemption of the loyalty points will be by means of special rates, giveaways, coupons etc./this is subject to change from time to time.
  • Redemption of Giveaway gifts is subject to its availability of stock at the branch and Redha Al Ansari reserves the right to replace the said gift with another best possible and as per the availability. Gift item once redeemed cannot be changed.
  • Each point earned is valid for 365 days only from the date the point was earned.  On expiry of the period, the total points earned will reduce accordingly on a first in first out model.

 

Example:

A customer made his/her 1st transfer in Jan 2018 and gained10 points and by January 2019 he gained a total of 40 points by making 4 transfers and in February 2019 customer make the 5th transfer and claim for his reward thinking that he has 50 points.

Since by February 2019 the customer crossed 365 days from the 1st transfer in Jan 2018 the initial 10 points get expired in the system so the customer will be having again 40 points only with the point earned in February 2019 and the customer won’t be eligible for the reward.

 

Of course, we don’t want you to be worried about the same and just advise you to continue making transactions every month and redeem the reward points accumulated in a timely manner.

 

  • Being a loyalty program we strive to give more value to our customer, however, there may be changes in Terms and Conditions whenever required and Redha Al Ansari Exchange reserves the right to make these changes at any time without notice.
